Chris brings over 30 years of experience at BAYER, BASF, Nufarm, working across agronomy, AgTech startups, executive leadership, and non-executive board roles. Throughout his career, he has introduced pioneering products into the cotton and cereal industries, founded and grown agribusiness ventures, and built a vast rural network that fuels collaboration and industry progress.
His background spans leading national sales and marketing teams, guiding businesses through major transitions, and shaping strategies for emerging agricultural technologies and carbon markets. Chris’ ability to combine strategic vision with practical, hands-on knowledge ensures he can bridge the gap between innovation and real-world farming challenges.
