Nikola draws on a diverse background in technical support, software integration, and automation to deliver practical solutions for the future of AgriTech.

With experience spanning IT systems, scripting, and real-time data logging, he helps connect the dots between hardware and software in a way that drives meaningful results. 

Before joining VensoGrow, he worked across support and engineering roles - from resolving issues on the front line to leading improvements behind the scenes. He was part of major enterprise software rollouts, built tools to boost team performance, and more recently developed sensor data systems. When he’s not devloping VensoGrow's AI control software, or wiring up sensors, Nikola is likely to be experimenting with new tech, out taking photos, or chasing the perfect cappuccino.
