Caecilia is our Commercial Founder. She worked side by side with our Technical Founder and her father, Emeritus Professor Owen Potter, to prove his idea. Her colleagues tell her she is every bit as determined and focussed as Owen, and she thrives on the challenge of commercialising his novel VensoFlow process to make a difference.
Caecilia led the team of engineers and scientists that produced our successful pilot and second patent family. She is an experienced company executive and director across the information technology, design, marketing and financial sectors (Accenture, J B Were, Atticus & Milo).
As our CEO and an Alumni of the Cranlana Ethics Colloquium, she takes the lead on the business vision and growth, technology, operations and people and culture. She has a strong belief in businesses built on an ethical foundation, with a focus on growing revenue by creating positive environmental and social impact.
