Director, Founder and CEO
We are seeing strong inbound interest from fertiliser manufacturers and grower groups seeking margin uplift and value-add products for their customers, and seed companies looking to shift the harsher crop protection products off fragile genetics and onto fertiliser, where it scales and stores more effectively. That’s the sustainable change we enable, without changing grower systems and equipment.
As Commercial Founder and CEO of VensoGrow, Caecilia Potter is focused on scaling breakthrough agricultural technology into commercially viable, global solutions. Working alongside her late father, Emeritus Professor Owen Potter, she helped translate the original scientific insight behind BreezeCoat into a patented, industrially deployable platform.
Caecilia has led VensoGrow through its critical de-risking phase, including successful pilot operations, independently validated microbial shelf-life extension, and a world-first breakthrough in high-load liquid coatings on fertilisers. Under her leadership, the company has progressed two patent families (with a third in development), built strong engagement with global agribusiness partners, and established a robust industry trial program.
With a background spanning financial services, strategy and technology (Accenture, J.B. Were), and as founder of the award-winning design firm Atticus & Milo, Caecilia brings a rare blend of commercial discipline, systems design thinking, and customer-centric execution to deep-tech scaling. She is particularly focused on building capital-efficient business models that increase margins for partners and growers while accelerating adoption through existing infrastructure.
An alumna of the Cranlana Ethics Colloquium, Caecilia is a strong advocate for purpose-driven commercialisation. She leads VensoGrow’s vision, growth strategy and operations with a clear focus on delivering measurable agronomic value, reducing reliance on synthetic inputs, and creating durable environmental and economic outcomes directly at paddock level.
