Eric brings his can-do, problem-solving approach to his role leading our VensoFlow Seed Coating project. He has built large scale plants from the ground up - and knows what it takes.
Eric is a mechanical engineer with too many years in engineering design, project management, manufacturing management, operations management and general management. He has worked in the chemical, food processing, automotive and professional services industries, including an AUD $100M greenfield manufacturing facility in China.
Eric is a born and bred stochastic tinker and a great mentor for our engineers. His proven track record in project life cycle planning, analysis and implementation, process re-engineering and continuous improvement, strategic planning, and leadership is currently directed towards advising our engineering team on the more tricky challenges we face with the commercial development of our sustainable seed coating technology.
